Metal recycling is in a mature stage, as metals are valued on the “stock market” and sold for a specific value. This means that by contributing to the recycling of metals we participate in the cyclical economy and strengthen the national wealth.
The metals obtained are initially screened and separated into different species. They are then transferred to suitable foundries, where raw metal (in the form of bars) which can be used from the beginning are cleaned and ultimately produced. Iron scrap (scrap) is led to companies that after milling it mash up and convert it into balls, which is then used by the steel industry. Recycled metals require significantly less energy to return to their original state than those from the extraction of raw materials. Indicative for aluminum requires 95% less energy!
Benefits are important:
- Less water and energy consumption
- Reduce the exploitation of the planet’s mineral resources
- Reduction of air pollution
Our company can handle all metal waste. Stainless steel, copper, aluminum, soft iron, metal profiles, are assembled and bundled and then delivered to their respective metallurgical plants. More specifically, we undertake to separate the metals into the following main categories:
- Tinplate
- Iron scrap
- Copper
- Brass
- Aluminum
- Stainless steel
- Cables
- Motor
- Electric – Electronic scrap
